Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. If an issue occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Wrong, defective, or damaged item received (photo/video proof required).
    • Order not received within 40 business days from the purchase date.
  • Return Process: If a return is approved, we will provide the supplier’s return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is ours.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the item is slightly defective but still usable, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers may request a refund and place a new order if needed.
